In MyChurchSuite a key area of which you have control over is your Privacy settings within the My details tab.
You can help in making a new Christ Church Members Directory by making your contact details visible.
Your contact details are never visible to anyone outside of Christ Church and you can easily manage the level of basic contact information you are happy to be visible to other members of Christ Church within My ChurchSuite.
For example, it's helpful for at least a contact number and email address to be made visible, so that people can organise things like rota swaps.
Please note that only your address, telephone, mobile and email can be set as visible (or not) – no other personal details, such as your date of birth or marital status, are ever visible to others.
Another benefit of making you email and phone number visible is that MyChurchSuite will be your new Church Directory and it should always be up to date and accurate. Remember how useful it is to check someone's contact details in the old paper directory.

By clicking on the boxes on the left of your screen you can decide to change it so that you share contact details with other church members on Church Suite.
If you are happy with the changes click on Save Changes on the screen. Remember you can change your information and privacy settings in Church Suite whenever you want to.
