Sunday Worship in Church
The service will be at 10.00am
This will be a said service with no music, led by one person and will include confession, reading, sermon, intercession and time for prayer.
The service should be no longer than 45 minutes and will replicate the service online but without the music.
The one way system will operate, all chairs are 2 metres apart, you will need to book in advance and come ready to wear a face covering.
Book online through myChurchSuite or by leaving a phone message / text on 07395 133 640 or
a space as numbers are limited to 36.
There will be 21 single socially distanced chairs and 5 sofas for a maximum of 3 from one household.
Bookings will open at 12noon on Sundays and close at 12 noon on Fridays.
- Everyone over 11yrs old must wear a mask throughout the time you are in the building
- Due to restrictions, only the band leader is allowed to sing.
- Sadly, we are unable to socialise after the service due to restrictions and are advised to leave the church premises swiftly.
- If restrictions and guidance challenges, this may have an impact Sunday Worship - please check website regularly for updates.
There will not be any children's or youth ministry during this service in church.
We will be operating a one way system and you will be directed to seats in order, you will not be able to select your seat.
You must observe good hygiene both on entry, during and while exiting the church. Hand sanitiser is provided and the toilets will be available for hand washing. Please try to minimise the number of surfaces that you touch so that we minimise the amount of cleaning that the stewards need to do at the end.
Please do not attend
- if you are unwell
- if you display symptoms
- if you have an underlying condition that makes you vulnerable (as outlined by Government guidance)
- if you are vulnerable to Covid for any other reason
You will be asked to supply name and contact information. This will be held as a record of your attendance for NHS test and trace and will be destroyed securely after 3 weeks.
Facemasks - face coverings for everyone over 11 years old are mandatory in Places of Worship and church halls. Remember that they are mainly intended to protect other people, not the wearer, from coronavirus COVID-19 and that they are not a replacement for physical distancing and regular hand washing.
There are no items left out in church therefore if you want a bible you will need to bring your own.
Please do not move chairs from their allocated locations. Even if you come with someone from the same household or bubble you will be asked to sit 2 metres apart. Please also remain 2 metres apart from people not in your household or bubble while moving around the church building.
You will be asked to enter by the main doors into the Foyer and leave by the oak doors into the car park. In this way we will all move in a single file to maintain distance.
